فى الانتاج وأهمها القوالب الرملية حيث ان قالب سليم يعـنى
مسبوك سليم لهذا الغرض يتم اختبار حجم حبيبات الرمال المستخدمة
فى القوالب والدلاليك نسبة الرطوبة بالقوالب والدلاليك النفاذية

equipments were established to determine AFS number of the
sand, sieve analysis, moisture content, permeability, toughness
and green strength and hardness test.

( 15 ) elements covering steel, grey iron, ductile iron, aluminum,
copper and bronze alloys. This laboratory will ensure conformance
of our castings and metal accessories used for our products
by controlling the melting process according to the international
as well as customer requirements.

يعتبر فحص البنية البللورية للمسبوكات من المخـتبرات
المتقـدمة فى تأكـيد جـودة ومطابقة المعدن للمواصفات العالمية
والتطبيقات العملية للمنتجات . حيث يتم اختبار عينات من المسبوك
على تكبير يصل الى 900 لتحديـد حجم الكرستالات ، نوع وعـدد الجرافيت
وغـيرهـا من متطلبات المواصفة والتطبيقات للمنتج، عـدا عن الكشف
عن العيوب المتعلقة بتشكيل بنيـة المسبوك وأطوار التـجمـد .
